IFMA Chesapeake continues its commitment to create valuable experiences for our Associate Members. In June, we launched a Sales Training Series focusing on Consultative Sales. In this 2nd session of that series, we will further explore how to build partnerships and long-term customer relationships with Facilities Managers. We will start with a review of the models discussed during Session #1 before focusing on the discovery process and understanding customer needs.

Geoff Snavely, Vice President and GM of milliCare Floor and Textile Care, will facilitate this session which will combine formal training components with discussions on how to apply these learnings into the world of Facilities Management. A Facilities Manager from our Chapter will be in attendance to share their insights and perspectives. In addition, other Professional members will be invited to attend the Happy Hour following the session.
